Athletics
The Winston School San Antonio offers physical education as a part of each school day for all Lower School and Middle School students. Upper School students are required to take two years of physical education to satisfy their graduation requirement.
Winston also encourages student participation in our after-school athletic programs. As a member of the Independent Schools Athletic League (ISAL), we offer competitive programs for our Middle and Upper School students in the following sports:
- Baseball
- Basketball
- Cheerleading
- Cross Country
- Golf
- Six-Man Football
- Soccer
- Swimming (Upper School Only)
- Track and Field
- Volleyball

Sports Physicals must be current by the first day of practice and submitted to the Director of the Student Experience, Steve Yocham at syocham@winston-sa.org.
